Mia Baby Clinic: A Full-Service Fertility Center Where Families Are Made

We offer IVF, donor egg and sperm programmes, surrogacy support and the transport and cryopreservation of reproductive material. Treatment is selected after an individual assessment.

Standard surrogacy programmes include two embryo transfers; guaranteed programmes include unlimited transfers under the terms of the contract. The word “guaranteed” describes the programme terms and does not remove medical risks.

Cell-based approaches for infertility remain investigational. Cord blood storage preserves material for possible future use; it does not guarantee that the cells will be suitable or needed for a future treatment.

Mia Baby is a reproductive medicine clinic. Medical care is provided by the clinic’s specialists.

The clinic has dedicated departments for surrogacy program coordination, biological material transportation, and the search and selection of sperm and egg donors. These departments handle organizational matters and coordinate the people and organizations involved in each program.

If a partner organization performs a particular stage, we inform the patient in advance who provides the service and what they are responsible for.

What IVF programs are available at Mia Baby, and how do I choose the right one?

At Mia Baby, we design a personalized IVF program based on your specific situation. Our range of services includes: conventional IVF, ICSI, P-ICSI, programs with donor eggs or sperm, cryo-cycles with embryo vitrification, as well as preimplantation genetic testing (PGT-A). During your initial consultation, a fertility specialist will conduct a diagnosis and recommend the most effective path for you.

The clinic is in another country/city. How is the transportation of our biological materials (sperm, eggs, embryos) organized?

We coordinate transport with the sending and receiving laboratories and a specialist courier. Cryopreserved material travels in a prepared Dry Shipper within validated temperature and holding-time limits. Unfrozen samples require separate laboratory instructions. The route, documents, timing and handover arrangements are agreed before dispatch.

How does Mia Baby organize support for surrogacy programs?

We assist with candidate screening, medical coordination and programme documentation. Surrogates are aged 20–37 and must meet the programme’s medical requirements. Standard programmes include two embryo transfers; guaranteed programmes include unlimited transfers under the contract. Donor eggs or sperm can be used when indicated and agreed with the intended parents.

Can multiple services be combined? For example, IVF with donor cells and subsequent embryo cryopreservation?

Absolutely. Mia Baby’s strength lies in creating comprehensive, individual solutions. Programs often include multiple stages: IVF using donor materials, cryopreservation of the resulting embryos, their genetic testing (PGT), and planning the transfer in the optimal cycle. We build a clear and transparent plan that accounts for all your wishes.

Does Mia Baby apply stem cell technologies in infertility treatment and IVF program enhancement?

Stem-cell approaches to infertility remain investigational; evidence is insufficient to promise improved pregnancy or live-birth rates. PRP is platelet-rich plasma prepared from blood and is not stem-cell therapy. Its use in fertility treatment also requires discussion of uncertain benefits and potential risks.

Cord blood storage is a separate service. Storing cells does not guarantee future treatment availability or suitability.

What ensures maximum reliability in the transport and storage of biological materials at Mia Baby?

Risk-control measures include suitable containers, monitoring of transport and storage conditions, sample identification, coordinated documentation and recorded handover. These measures help reduce risk but cannot guarantee that every sample will remain viable or that delays will never occur.

Choosing a programme

A specialist reviews your history and test results before recommending a plan. Standard surrogacy programmes include two transfers; guaranteed programmes include unlimited transfers subject to the agreed contract. Costs, exclusions and follow-up arrangements are explained in advance.

Laboratory methods and their limits

Preimplantation genetic testing assesses specific chromosomal or genetic conditions depending on the test. It does not detect every condition or guarantee a healthy child. Cryopreservation and transport require appropriate handling and monitoring; survival after warming is not guaranteed.
